Hasegawa 1/72 Su-27 Flanker Shark Teeth Limited Edition Airplane Model Kit Overview

Sukhoi started developing the Su-27 in 1969, as a response to the U.S. Air Force's F-15 Eagle. It was the Soviet Union's first jet aircraft to use a fly-by-wire control system, making the Su-27 incredibly agile and easy to control at any speed or angle. While upgraded versions are still in service, the Su-27 will soon be replaced by the PAK FA in 2013. Highly detailed model kit includes waterslide decals and illustrated instructions. Kit consists of 142 parts. Decal options included: Russian Navy, 689th GvIAP, Code: 01, 2003; and Russian Air Force 23rd IAP, Code: 56, 2002.
